Klinger Piston Valves
The Kinger Piston Valves are designed for automation using
electro-mechanic or pneumatic actuators. They are reliable, leak-tight shut off
and align in line and to the atmosphere. And because of its unique robust
construction principle, it has excellent regulation of flow which make it
durable and hence optimized life cycle costs. Most importantly, it is
maintenance free due to its slightest emissions (TA-Luft, EPA) which lead to
increase plant efficiency and reduce loss of operating media.
There are 3 main types of Kinger Piston Valves and they
are KVN, KVMN and KVSN. The Kinger Piston Valves are
widely used in many operating media, for example in the following areas:
- Steam and superheated water
- Miscellaneous types of gases which include Oxygen,
Hydrogen, Nitrogen and etc.
- Heat transfer oils
- Chemicals
Fields of Application:
- District heating
- Energy producing
- Refinery
- Steel production
- Petrochemical
- Chemistry
- Production of tobacco
- Food and beverage
- Pulp and paper
Important Note Regarding Operating Limits:
Please note that the maximum operating temperature of each KLINGER piston valve
depends on the respective operating pressure as well as on the materials of
body or sealing. The pressure and temperature limits are shown in the
P-/T-diagrams.
